Senior Director, Stills Operations & Business Development, Brazil

We are seeking a Senior Director, Stills Operations & Business Development, North Brazil to lead the growth and operational excellence of our stills categories in one of the most strategic regions in the country. This role is pivotal in driving business outcomes by strengthening partnerships with bottlers, expanding the market for new and existing products, and ensuring alignment with the company's overarching commercial and business development goals. Based in Fortaleza and responsible for overseeing 5 bottlers including Solar, the second largest bottler in Brazil, the successful candidate will bring exceptional leadership capability, business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering impactful results in complex, partnership-driven environments.

What You'll Do for Us
Lead the strategy and business execution for the stills categories across the North Brazil region, ensuring alignment with the Company's broader goals for revenue, volume, share, and transactions.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with bottlers, primarily Solar, to develop and execute effective collaborative strategies that meet ambitious growth objectives.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the market for new products, identifying whitespace opportunities and creating pathways to maximize long-term revenue growth.
Collaborate with bottlers to drive and refine commercial execution strategies, with a focus on optimizing operational bottler-packaging-product-channel (OBPPC) models to ensure profitability and system efficiency.
Shape and contribute to channel-specific go-to-market strategies that address regional market dynamics and competitive pressures while aligning with the overall goals of the Company.
Drive business development initiatives, including identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in underdeveloped markets to increase penetration and brand presence.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement actionable revenue growth management (RGM) strategies, integrating market insights with data-driven decision-making to realize commercial success.
Manage performance reporting and accountability metrics to achieve regionally defined business outcomes, tracking progress across key indicators such as revenue, volume, and share.
Act as a thought leader and advisor to bottlers and internal teams, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and shared success across the Coca-Cola system.
Ensure contingency plans are in place for delivering on performance goals despite evolving market conditions or competition dynamics.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or similar industries, with a strong background in bottling operations, franchise management, or general business development.
Proven ability to manage multi-region operations and work collaboratively with bottling partners or distributors to achieve financial and operational goals.
Demonstrated success in business development, with experience in identifying and capitalizing on market expansion opportunities, particularly in underdeveloped or emerging markets.
Mastery of data-driven decision-making processes and the ability to synthesize complex market insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, volume, share, and transactions is required.
Strong leadership capability with a record of influencing across functions, negotiating complex agreements, and managing high-impact relationships internally and externally.
Deep expertise in using Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles to optimize pricing, packaging, and channel strategies.
Exceptional strategic agility and ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-changing market conditions while maintaining a focus on long-term objectives.
