Senior Director, Product Development - Data Analytics & Reporting

As a Senior Director II Product Development - Data Analytics and Reporting, you will become a critical change agent to drive our data transformation journey, turning data analytics into a competitive advantage and leaving a legacy for the Company. As part of your role you will be responsible for leading end to end the design, production and deployment of the data analytics solutions roadmap, and driving AI transformation to support data-driven decision-making across teams.

What You'll Do for Us
Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics & reporting strategy that supports the overall business objectives and provides actionable insights to stakeholders.
Drive the FP&A Digital roadmap and shape the AI transformation agenda in partnership with the Business and DTS, driving scalable solutions connected to business needs.
Lead end to end the design, production and deployment of a portfolio of analytics solutions, including financial, operational, and ad hoc reporting.
Optimize & transform business processes leveraging and integrating AI capabilities into solutions (predictive analytics, ML models, chatbots, etc.), driving efficiency and transforming user experience.
Manage data analytics products life cycle, tracking usage, killing zombies and capturing user feedback to continuously improve value, efficiency and user experience.
Define KPI frameworks, communication plans, training & support in partnership with Comms & Change Management teams, to ensure enterprise awareness and adoption.
Collaborate and foster partnerships with key Business stakeholders to map and prioritize needs, while connecting across Enterprise Services and DTS to secure delivery.
Leverage and manage external partners and vendors for delivery and staff augmentation.
Communicate and influence effectively senior leadership and other key stakeholders across Functions and OUs. Participate and represent the Function in Steercos.
Push the boundaries, staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, leveraging an outside view and external benchmarking related to data analytics capabilities.
Continue building a high performing team, delivering against shared objectives, while evolving capabilities with special focus in the AI arena.
Qualification & Requirements
Excellent academic background including a bachelor and/or master's degree.
At least 15 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, insights or similar role.
Proven track record of driving data-centric initiatives and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Solid business understanding of The Coca-Cola System and our partners.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management abilities, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute complex projects is required.
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships.
Experience in managing external / third parties support and augmentation teams.
Proficient in SQL, Python, or R, and familiar with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Pay Range:$197,000 - $222,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:50
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
