Role Purpose

As Senior Director, People and Culture for our Central Functions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy that accelerates business performance in Europe region. This role partners closely with leaders across our Central Functions and our extended People and Culture ecosystem to build organizational capability, foster an engaging culture, and develop talent strategies that power today's agenda and tomorrow's ambitions. We're looking for a strategic, forward thinking HR leader with deep functional expertise, strong business acumen, and a passion for enabling people and teams to thrive.

What You'll Do for Us

 Serve as the strategic People and Culture advisor to senior leaders across Central Functions, integrating workforce insights, organizational analytics, and external trends to shape long-term people strategies.

 Design, lead, and implement integrated talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning strategies that strengthen enterprise capability and support business growth.

 Drive organization effectiveness and design initiatives, ensuring structures, processes, and operating models are aligned to business priorities and support agility, collaboration, and high performance.

 Steward and evolve Coca Cola's culture by partnering closely with leaders to activate behaviours, norms, and values that strengthen engagement, belonging, accountability, and innovation.

 Provide strategic guidance on total rewards, performance management, global mobility, and workforce rights, ensuring competitive practices that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

 Lead complex change initiatives across multiple countries and functions, including organizational transformation, workforce transitions, and continuous improvement efforts.

 Partner with Works Councils, employee representatives, and appropriate local stakeholders to enable smooth execution of people related changes while maintaining trust and transparency.

 Collaborate with Associate Services and People and Culture Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent execution of processes, policies, and employee experience standards.

 Lead data driven decision making by leveraging people analytics to identify capability gaps, workforce risks, and opportunities for proactive organizational development.

 Build leadership capability through coaching, thought partnership, and influencing, ensuring leaders are equipped to lead through change, create inclusive teams, and deliver sustainable results.

 Anticipate future skills, organizational needs, and talent risks; implement strategies that futureproof the organization and build long term competitive advantage.

 Act as a visible champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion by integrating inclusive practices across all people related initiatives.

 Shape employee engagement strategies that foster connection, empowerment, and continuous development across Central Functions and broader regional teams.

 Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Coca Cola's ethical and operational standards while enabling business progression with appropriate risk mitigation approaches.

 Strengthen cross regional collaboration by building productive relationships across the Europe Operating Unit, corporate teams, and global People and Culture networks.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.

 12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including senior level business partnering across multiple countries or regions.

 Demonstrated experience leading largescale organizational change, transformation programs, and complex people initiatives.

 Expertise in talent management, organization design, leadership development, and enterprise capability building.

 Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into HR strategy and measurable outcomes.

 Experience working with Works Councils, unions, or employee representative bodies in Europe.

 High degree of digital fluency, including application of HR technology, data analytics, artificial intelligence tools, and systems thinking.

 Proven ability to influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and build trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.

 Strong cultural awareness and demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.

 Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to integrate complex insights into simple, actionable strategies.

 Deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and building environments where individuals feel valued and empowered.

 Experience in rewards strategy, mobility practices, and performance management frameworks.

 Ability to navigate sensitive employee relations matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgement.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic storytelling skills.

 Ability to balance operational excellence with long term strategic thinking and innovation.
