Senior Director, Marketing Digital AI Tech & Capabilities
The Senior Director, Marketing Digital, AI Tech & Capabilities is responsible for architecting, leading, and integrating a next-generation marketing system for JKOU.
The role champions digital acceleration, AI-powered capabilities, and future-ready talent-delivering marketing excellence and brand growth through deep expertise, cross-functional leadership, and continuous transformation.
This leader is accountable for establishing a connected ecosystem spanning Marketing Capabilities, Marketing Data (including platforms such as Coke ON), and Digital & AI Technology. By bridging these pillars, the role enables breakthrough consumer engagement, smarter marketing, and effective integration of AI into everyday ways of working.
While the immediate focus is on JKOU's market needs and execution, this leader will actively participate in global enterprise initiatives, scaling best practices and contributing thought leadership both within JKOU and across the wider Coca-Cola system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Digital, AI & Capability Strategy
- Define and drive the Marketing Digital, AI Tech, and Capabilities agenda in line with JKOU business priorities and global frameworks.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CMO, steering the OU through digital transformation and capability upskilling.
- Balance innovation, speed, and governance-ensuring local relevance within a compliant and globally aligned system.
2. Digital & AI Technology Integration
- Orchestrate the deployment of advanced digital, AI, and GenAI solutions across the end-to-end marketing and consumer engagement lifecycle (planning, content, media, personalization, and analytics).
- Lead the adoption, enablement, and responsible use of AI by empowering teams with training and robust governance.
- Forge strong partnerships with MarTech, IT, Legal, and Data teams; ensure high standards for data integrity, privacy, and brand safety.
- Establish rigorous quality control and compliance processes for all AI-generated content and marketing automation.
3. Capability Building & Marketing Excellence
- Diagnose current and future marketing capability gaps; drive a holistic upskilling agenda covering strategy, creative, digital, data, and AI domains.
- Partner with HR and L&D to design impactful development roadmaps and experiential growth opportunities for marketing talent.
- Embed agile ways of working, experimentation mindsets, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Amplify JKOU's engagement in the Global Marketing Capabilities network, both sharing best practices and leveraging global programs.
4. Organizational Transformation & Change Leadership
- Lead change management for digital and AI transformation of the marketing function, ensuring enduring adoption of new models and mindsets.
- Shape and embed new governance, operating routines, and cross-functional collaboration practices.
- Act as a visible change catalyst, motivating teams to embrace future-ready marketing ways of working.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Technology, Data Science or equivalent.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience spanning marketing, digital, technology, AI, innovation, or transformation leadership roles.
- Strong track record of designing and leading marketing and/or digital transformation programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, developing talent, and cultivating a change-ready culture.
- Expertise in digital ecosystems, MarTech stacks, and AI-powered marketing tools.
Preferred:
- Experience implementing GenAI and advanced automation in marketing workflows.
- Proven ability to influence and operate within complex, matrixed, and globally networked organizations.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) and/or relevant certifications.
