This is a global role focused that serves as a strategic communications partner to the chief financial officer, shaping how we tell our financial story to investors, employees, media and other key stakeholders. You'll translate complex information into compelling narratives, drive proactive communication strategies and position the CFO as a thought leader on business strategy and value creation.

You'll contribute to critical company-wide financial and corporate communications initiatives, working closely with senior leaders, investor relations, corporate strategy and global communications teams.

The successful candidate brings financial acumen, exceptional storytelling ability and the judgment to navigate confidential information and market-sensitive situations. You should be comfortable coaching executives and crafting complex narratives.

This position reports to the Vice President, Global Financial and Corporate Communications.

What You'll Do for Us
Lead the development, creation and implementation of executive communication strategies and narratives related to our global business and the broader Coca-Cola system, leveraging AI-powered insights to optimize messaging effectiveness and audience engagement.

Work in close partnership with the wider global communications team on content creation, sentiment analysis and real-time audience feedback across channels.
Serve as a main point of contact for key executives and their chiefs of staff, providing guidance on emerging communication technologies and AI-assisted content development.
Partner with the company's Platform Services organization on key issues, including developing metrics that measure success across traditional and AI-generated content.
Drive AI and technology innovation in executive communications by piloting new tools for speech writing, presentation design, translation and personalized content delivery at scale. Stay current on generative AI capabilities (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and guide appropriate use cases.
Provide coaching to senior leaders to help them serve as effective spokespeople. Train executives on authentic communication in an age of deepfakes and AI-generated content.
Focus on the future of communications by experimenting with multimodal content (video, audio, interactive), AI-powered personalization and new formats that break through information overload to reach target audiences.
Navigate AI-related risks and opportunities including authenticating executive content, detecting AI misinformation, maintaining brand voice consistency across AI-assisted communications and establishing guardrails for responsible AI use.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic counsel.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Four-year college degree in a relevant field
Years of experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in communications
Top skillsets needed: Strong verbal and written communications; executive communications and/or related experience; ability to work as part of a team; ability to develop and execute complex communications strategies.
