EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. The organization is designed to combine local relevance with scale, shift data and technology from experimentation to competitive advantage, and operate through flywheel execution with clear accountability for impact and ROI (return on investment). All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU-Market model, where the OU elevates and enables long-term growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Turn innovation into a growth engine by Strengthening capabilities and present -forward product/pack/equipment pipeline readiness and excellence through fully dedicated resources in the hubs (Istanbul), in addition to some partially dedicated XF (Cross-functional) SMEs (Subject matter Expert). Ready to incubate/deliver immediate solutions to accelerate/intervene/ in the market results

  • Partner with category, XF, R&D and global innovation teams to turn innovation into a massive and repeatable growth engine across products, packaging, and equipment for all our categories.
  • Elevate innovation capabilities, effectiveness, orchestration and governance.
  • Accelerate proven/ validated/ present-forward product, pack, and equipment solutions ensuring readiness for the markets.
  • Incubate and intervene with ready-now innovative solutions that can create immediate market impact.
  • Enable and activate the innovation network inside and outside the Operating Unit
  • TBC: Explore massive global unlocks, with great focus on Muslim-world opportunities.
  • Lead a team of 5 talents directly while managing a broader XF (Cross-functional) dedicated SMEs (Subject Matter Expert)
  • What Success Looks Like: Faster, higher-quality innovation launches and performance; Markets feel innovation is sizable, practical and executable; Strong conversion from pipeline to impact; Innovation clearly linked to growth and ROI

Experience & Critical Requirements

  • Significant marketing and leadership experience (15 years+) across relevant marketing disciplines (innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy)
  • GM profile: strong acumen in commercial and complex project management (including supply and financials)
  • Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
  • Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
  • Led and developed teams directly and XF (Cross-functional) partners (R&D, other functions, ... )
