The Senior Director II, Supply Chain Finance - Procurement Analytics is a critical leadership role within North America OU (NAOU) Supply Chain Finance, partnering with Procurement Specialists to shape and govern the billions of dollars in direct material purchases and indirect spend.

This role stewards NAOU's commodity risk management strategy and governance processes, actions insights on market dynamics, and partners with senior procurement and supply chain leaders to optimize spending, mitigate volatility, and create measurable value.

As a seasoned leader, you will champion process excellence and oversee the financial rigor required to protect Coca-Cola's cost structure in an ever-changing commodities landscape. You will lead a high-performing team, empower cross-functional collaboration, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive, procurement, and finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic Oversight

  • Set the vision and long-term strategy for commodity risk management across NAOU Procurement, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and shareholder value creation.
  • Serve as the primary financial steward for direct material categories, proactively anticipating market trends, assessing risks, and designing mitigation strategies.
  • Partner closely with Procurement and Supply Chain leadership to inform negotiation strategies, contract structures, and hedging programs.
  • Direct, coach, and develop a team of direct reports - fostering excellence, accountability, and innovation.

Financial Planning & Risk Analysis

  • Establish COGS standards for critical commodities, analyze monthly results, prepare monthly rolling estimates, analyze and track productivity initiatives, and manage related supplier and bottler purchase programs.
  • Lead advanced scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to enable proactive risk mitigation.
  • Approve and guide complex purchase price variance analyses to identify root causes and inform corrective action plans.
  • Champion productivity and value creation initiatives, translating operational opportunities into measurable financial benefits.

Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build and sustain a best-in-class commodity performance reporting function, integrating market intelligence, supplier economics, and macroeconomic data into actionable insights.
  • Engage with senior leaders, bottlers, and suppliers to align financial planning with contractual and operational realities.

Process Excellence & Governance

  • Lead the transformation of procurement finance processes, standardizing tools, metrics, and methodologies across categories for greater efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
  • Maintain robust internal controls; direct SOX compliance activities; and partner with Internal Audit to strengthen governance.
  • Pioneer and deploy innovative reporting and analytics platforms to enhance decision-making speed and accuracy.

Executive Communication & Influence

  • Present complex market and financial analyses to C-suite and executive committees, providing clear recommendations backed by data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a visible leader across NAOU, shaping organizational understanding of commodity markets and procurement finance.
  • Build strategic cross-functional alliances to deploy new initiatives that deliver sustainable cost advantages.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's/MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance, procurement analytics, or commodity risk management.
  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience directing teams and influencing enterprise-level business decisions.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing commodity risk mitigation strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of market drivers for multiple raw materials and the financial instruments available to manage volatility.

Travel

Approximately 15-20% domestic and occasional international travel to suppliers, bottlers, and industry events.

Pay Range:$197,000 - $222,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
