Senior Director, Finance Shared Service EMEA/Costa
The Senior Director, Purchase to Pay (P2P) is a strategic leadership role responsible for executing the end-to-end global Purchase to Pay strategy, from purchasing to accounts payable and payment. This role requires a
proven leader with deep expertise in P2P processes, strong financial and operational acumen, and the ability to lead transformation at scale. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency
while enhancing internal use experience, vendor experience and supporting business growth. This role partners closely with senior leaders across Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver scalable, best-in-class P2P capabilities.
What You'll Do for Us:
Drive execution of the Purchase to Pay strategy and operating model in the region, ensuring seamless integration across ordering, accounts payable, and payment processes
Lead and develop a high-performing P2P organization, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer- and supplier-centricity
Ensure compliance with P2P policies, standards, and controls
Lead the successful execution of internal and external audits in the region in P2P space
Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders to enable efficient processes that support cost management, cash flow optimization, and risk mitigation
Oversee P2P performance management, including KPIs and SLAs, touchless processing, supplier inquiries, and payment timeliness, driving actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Champion digital transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, and system enhancements to modernize and scale P2P operations
Ensure successful support of new business models by aligning P2P capabilities with evolving business needs
Serve as the executive sponsor and subject matter expert for P2P processes, providing thought leadership and guidance to senior stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with senior finance and business leaders
Responsible for execution of the overall talent strategy for the P2P team in the region, including recruitment, hiring, training, employee development and performance management
Lead and develop a high-performing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
Participate in industry professional groups
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in Purchase to Pay or Finance Operations roles, with significant senior leadership experience
Deep expertise in end-to-end P2P processes, including ordering, accounts payable, payments within complex, global environments
Proven track record of leading large, matrixed organizations and driving transformation, automation, and process standardization

Base Salary: 401000 PLN to 581000 PLN
