Senior Director, Digital Commerce - ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit

Yesterday Singapore

Our vision is to love brands, done sustainably, for a better shared future. We strive to deliver cutting-edge excellence in ingredients, innovation, design and marketing.

As the Senior Director, Digital Commerce for ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) OU, you will transform the eCommerce/dCommerce agenda by setting clear OU strategy and priorities, translating global playbooks into local execution, and driving disciplined delivery across eCommerce, dCommerce, eB2B and Food Service Aggregators-in partnership with markets, bottlers, and key customers.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about building relationships, proud to represent our brands, and results-driven with deep experience in eCommerce/online marketing.

What You'll Do for Us

Set Strategic Direction

  • Define and drive the OU eCommerce/dCommerce strategy, priorities, targets, and budgets; implement global playbooks across eCommerce, dCommerce, eB2B and Food Service Aggregators.
  • Drive bottler and market alignment on strategic direction and commercial plans, capabilities, eRTM, measurement/analytics, and priority customer engagement-in partnership with C&CL and Operations Leadership.
  • Establish a clear operating cadence (monthly performance reviews; quarterly business reviews with priority platforms/customers; annual joint business planning).

Digital Impact

  • Develop and implement the eCommerce/dCommerce/eB2B strategy, including the digital component of the business plan.
  • Support key eGrocery customer management, enabling aligned JBPs and delivery of agreed KPIs.
  • Lead foodservice aggregator management (partner where owned/managed by bottlers) to deliver greater-than-fair-share of beverages and target parity or better incidence rates vs offline.
  • Jointly define (with Marketing) digital investment targets and drive ROI discipline across 3rd-party platforms and KO-owned platforms.
  • Build and embed digital eRTM + commercial/RGM discipline (assortment, availability, pricing/promo guardrails, content and digital shelf excellence).
  • Define data standards and KPI definitions for consolidation and results evaluation aligned with global teams; ensure Finance-aligned governance on 'one version of truth.'
  • In partnership with Platform Services, deliver effective technology deployment, coordination, and maintenance for eCommerce capabilities.

OU E-commerce Strategy Implementation

  • Ensure consistency across the OU in delivering the eCommerce vision while adapting execution to local market realities, including evaluating partnerships that unlock incremental revenue.
  • Drive platform adoption and solution metrics, tracking value delivery and capability uplift.
  • Stay closely connected to the O2O Central Unit to ensure visibility, alignment, and reporting consistency.

Develop/Coach and Challenge the Next Generation of Leaders

  • Build a strong two-way feedback culture grounded in trust, transparency, and accountability.
  • Develop a pipeline of talent and strengthen commercial acumen/system economics across the team.
  • Empower the organization by flattening the structure and enabling leaders at all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in eCommerce/online marketing-related fields.
  • Strong general management and commercial leadership profile; proven ability to operate in matrixed, cross-geography environments.
  • Proven success translating eCommerce strategy into measurable execution.
  • Strong understanding of System financials/economics and cost-to-serve dynamics by channel.
  • Strong planning, financial, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex, multi-market projects.
  • Experience working with bottlers and customers; cross-functional/cross-geographical experience preferred.
