Role Overview

The Senior Director II, Brand Management is a critical leadership role leading the strategic growth agenda for a global brand in NAOU owning the brand bundle (product, package, value proposition) and driving consumer relevance, equity, and growth. This role influences over 1-billion-unit cases, delivering against the overall brand vision and business objectives in North America Operating Unit (NAOU) through integration of innovation, alignment with FSOP strategy and key deliverables and tech-enabled marketing execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads Development of annual business plans and multi-year brand growth strategies inclusive of shaping the 5-year rolling innovation pipeline.
  • Owns the brand bundle flywheel across product, package, and value proposition driving commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging and shopper marketing to deliver brand objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning, equity-building initiatives, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Partners with internal (e.g. Innovation Team, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Retail) and external (e.g. customers, bottlers, suppliers) stakeholders to develop new and/or improved products, packaging and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand objectives.
  • Integrate FSOP strategy into brand planning, ensuring relevance across foodservice channels and occasions.
  • Leverage AI-powered foresights and predictive analytics to inform decisions and accelerate speed to market.
  • Track and report performance metrics, ensuring delivery against volume, revenue, and share objectives.
  • Provides direct reports with leadership, direction, prioritization and coaching to achieve work objectives, improve performance and skills and achieve career goals. Champion AI literacy, MarTech adoption, and agile ways of working.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in CPG or beverage industry required
  • Experience in Sports Marketing preferred
  • Proven success in brand management, innovation, and portfolio strategy.
  • Strong understanding of FSOP, RGM, and commercial integration.
  • Experience with MarTech Tools, AI tools, and data-driven marketing & selling.

United States of America: 218,800 USD - 260,000 USD
