What You'll Do for Us:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the GM including complex calendar management, scheduling, and proactive time optimization.

  • Help prepare for key leadership meetings and reviews by coordinating logistics, pre-read materials, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Act as a central coordination point for the broader Franchise team, helping organize team meetings, track deliverables, and support cross-functional alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions, geographies, and support teams (including other EAs) to ensure smooth information flow and collaboration.
  • Manage internal engagement logistics-helping the team stay informed and connected through regular updates, engagement moments, and shared planning calendars.
  • Support light project management duties, helping follow up on key deliverables, actions, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted go-to partner, reading the rhythm of the team, identifying where support is needed, and stepping in with a solution mindset.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and document organization with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to leverage AI-driven business tools and digital technologies to streamline processes and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Possesses basic reporting and analytical skills to support Franchise team, simple trend analysis, and actionable insights that help deliver business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, office coordination, or facilities/operations management- ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to work confidently with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, plan logistics, and coordinate meetings, events, and engagement activities.
  • Familiarity with workplace planning, record-keeping systems, and general administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools and platforms for collaboration.
  • A self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset who can work independently and take initiative, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable being a connector and "go-to" person on the ground-able to read the office environment, contribute to culture, and support employee wellbeing and engagement.
