Safety Supervisor
Location: Liberia, Costa Rica

We are looking for a Safety Supervisor to lead a high-performance safety culture, working alongside the plant team to bring our belief that 'Zero Is Possible' to life.
This role combines strategic leadership and technical expertise, driving risk-based decision-making, robust management systems, and disciplined execution in a world-class industrial environment.

- Lead and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
- Develop and execute the annual safety program and prevention plans.
- Manage risk assessments, internal audits, and readiness for external audits.
- Drive safety by design, management of change, and engineering controls.
- Measure and analyze safety indicators to enable predictive prevention.
- Coordinate training, emergency response, and incident investigations.
- Promote a strong, collaborative, and sustainable safety culture.
Requirements:
- University degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in safety, preferably in industrial plants (food and beverage experience is a plus).
- Experience leading technical teams and working with ISO 45001.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of risk management, auditing, safety engineering, and data analysis.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Liberia, Guanacaste (100% on-site - non-negotiable).
