RGM Strategy LATAM Director

The position will be responsible to lead RGM strategy design to win at key consumption occasions and orchestrate System to scale brand strategies, through OBPPC initiatives across all LATAM Countries. This role is also expected to design and collaborate at the design of capabilities and tools to increase baseline across and channels, including RGM specialized models' solutions to address shopper needs and trends, under 7Cs perspective: Competition, Category, Consumer, Customer, Channel & Coverage.
What You'll do for Us:
This role will lead the design, scaling and development of RGM Strategies based on categories and global definition for main categories.
- This role will lead System orchestration to develop, scale and define RGM category strategies, interfacing with multiple KO stakeholders. from a broad range of OU areas such as Marketing Category, Human Insights, Strategy to local KO teams such as HUBs, Franchise and Frontline MKT, as well as Commercial, Marketing and Bottlers.
- This role will influence and work with OU's Category Leads, Zone Franchise VPs/Directors, Commercial HUB Leads, Bottler Leads (Commercial and Marketing mainly) International connection with other OU's (Heads and Directors), Global Commercial leaders from C&CL.
- This role will lead design of new RGM methodologies, based on Categories Strategic Framework, including RGM models and new global solutions to address opportunities to be developed.
- This position will lead discussion of new tool deployments execution and landing , with RGM Global.
Qualifications & Requeriments:
12+ years of experience in commercial areas, with mastery in Portfolio evolution strategies, RGM (OBPPC Definition), and Franchise Leadership, as well as proven experience in managing and leading complex cross-functional projects
Master: RGM Portfolio Management, Commercial Channel Strategy & Execution, Segmentation, Franchise Leadership, Business Planning & Project Management.
Consumer Marketing, Marketing Channel Strategy, Trade Marketing.
Desirable to have candidates with Bottler experience.
Work Focus:
This position will lead the design, scaling and development an integrated RGM Strategies, to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion, though OBPPC perspective, in order to accelerate main KO Categories.
