Position Overview

This position will report directly to the CCL RGMx Director Chile, Bolivia and Paraguay and work closely with local Coca-Cola and bottlers teams. This RGM Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the revenue growth management (RGM) agenda for CBP operations. The RGM scope includes developing the price and portfolio strategies, mix management initiatives and promotional optimization capabilities, translating the Global/Latam guidelines into tangible local initiatives.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads revenue growth acceleration across Chile, Bolivia and Paraguay operation.
  • Leads all price related agendas with local operations, from setting the overall price strategy to tracking price execution and price compliance across all our portfolio.
  • Leads all portfolio and mix management related agendas with local operations, from setting the overall strategy to tracking execution and evolution.
  • Develops promotional optimization capabilities to maximize the efficacy and efficiency of promotional activities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least +6 years of work experience in related positions, of which at least +3 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in RGM, data analytics, pricing, business planning, and project management are a must for this position.
  • Experience in sales, finance and trade marketing and marketing are a strong plus.
  • Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership. And the ability to lead agendas and influence outcomes without formal/direct leadership, including in senior management environments.

    • Manages and reports progress to System leaders on portfolio of multi-year revenue growth initiatives

  • Provide insights and inputs in the process that drives pricing strategies from concept to implementation.
  • Execute strategies that optimize sales, profit, and customer segment penetration across product categories
  • Establish and monitor key metrics i.e. Price compliance and mark-up management with focus to improve performance on an ongoing basis
