RGM Finance Mexico Director

As a Finance Director for Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you will be the Finance business partner of RGM and Mexico hub teams, co-leading big bets projects, price increase discussions, RGM committees, capabilities development and other revenue growth management related topics.
What You'll Do for Us
- Lead Key Accounts consolidation, planning and analysis. Keep track of Key Accounts R&O and keep fluent communication with FP&A to communicate all relevant related information. Review RGM opportunities and optimization on this channel.
- Follow up on DFR related national investments on KO side in alignment with Franchise Finance and FP&A (Market assets, i.e. coolers, bottles, others). Participate in market assets moonshots and business plan.
- Be the Finance partner for RGM team, working in close collaboration with Franchise Finance and Operations teams.
- Work together with hubs, franchise finance and RGM teams to define the pricing strategy for the following year during ABP and LRP processes and support discussions/alignment with bottlers. Initiate and lead pricing routines (eg. pricing committee).
- Lead financial aspects and analysis of big bet projects like: returnable single serve, multipacks, duals, among others.
- Lead financial aspects of the implementation of RGM strategy including Rules of Engagement parameters, Segmented Pricing, Execution Strategy and OBPPC architecture.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in RGM and/or commercial finance.
- Proven record of delivering results and leadership in complex matrix organizations.
- Able to work with multiple functions including Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL), Franchise and Finance in both the Company and Bottler.
- Knowledge of The Coca-Cola System Value Chain.
- Strong Ability To Analyze, Synthesize and To Relate Trends, Behaviors And A Wide Range Of Data And Variables.
- Growth mindset and curiosity to bring solutions to different and complex problems.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
