Experience

  • 15+ years of commercial experience, with mastery in Commercial strategy, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), and Franchise Leadership, as well as proven experience in managing Enterprise systems from development through deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong strategic & systematic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs).
  • Data & analytical skills - ability to lead a 'big data' based capability to create business value, and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to make the complex simple & influence others

Work focus

  • This position will lead the strategy of topline revenue growth and margin expansion in LATAM.
  • Scaling RGM solutions across countries, executive-level communications and performance tracking
  • Generate actionable insights based on Sales Data, Market Trends & Shopper behaviors and provide comprehensive reports (pricing, promo, share, mix) to influence decision process.
  • Lead the discussion with the markets to guarantee the Strategic intent is aligned

Communication focus

  • This role will lead System orchestration to develop, scale and adopt RGM Strategies, interfacing with multiple KO stakeholders from a broad range of OU areas such as Marketing Category, Human Insights, Strategy to local KO teams such as HUBs, Franchise and Frontline MKT, as well as Commercial, Marketing Teams of the Bottling system.
  • This role will influence and work with OU's Category Leads, Zone Franchise VPs/Directors, Commercial HUB Leads, Bottler Leads (Commercial and Marketing mainly), International connection with other OU's (Heads and Directors), Global Commercial leaders from C&CL.
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships at senior organization levels; communicate long-term vision through clear & simple messages.

Knowledge requirements (must have / nice to have)

  • Master: Commercial Channel Strategy & Execution, RGM, Segmentation, Franchise Leadership, Business Planning & Project Management.
  • Proven: Strategic and Analytical skills as well as outstanding influencing skills. Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial, digital, franchise and customer management.
  • Nice to Have: Consumer Marketing, Marketing Channel Strategy, Trade Marketing.
