Advanced Hydration team is looking for an Analyst, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager to join our team.

The Analyst (RGM) supports customer plan development and performance in collaboration with the RGM Manager team and with Advanced Hydration led customers. This individual is responsible for working with the Advanced Hydration sales team to achieve Advanced Hydration goals across customers within their area of responsibility. This role will be part of a team that works together to manage national market coherency and retail strategy as they deliver on annual Advanced Hydration objectives.

  • Support the planning and management of customer investments within a given channel to support overall business objectives.
  • Partners with internal customer sales teams to deliver and align on profitable growth across the customer base
  • In collaboration with the Customer RGM Manager, this role will support the planning and management of customer volume and financial forecasts to accurately track and deliver our annual plan
  • Help Analyze multiple dynamics unique to individual customers as well as category trends to identify key short and long-term customer growth opportunities for Advanced Hydration brands.
  • Assist in Communicating, executing, and managing company portfolio pricing strategies with customers that drive volume and profit growth for the entire Advanced Hydration brand value chain.
  • Generate and provide accurate content for customer facing selling material in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Support the management of retail strategy investments that balance coherency across customers, packages and channels while sustainably implementing recommendations that improve company profit.
  • Support the synthetization of data that optimizes company investments across customers to meet both long-term and short-term business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-2 years RGM, pricing strategy or data analysis experience required
  • CPG experience preferred
  • Residence within the Atlanta GA office required (within 50 miles)
  • Ability to learn and implement revenue growth methods by collaborating with sales teams and RGM counterparts required
  • Generate and implement innovative ideas that deliver short- and long-term growth through investment optimization
  • Proactively seeks out opportunities and influences the overall company's financial health
  • Establishes credibility and builds solid relationships with cross-functional department leaders
  • Excellent written, verbal and time management skills
