This is a 6 months temporary role within the TI&SC Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE). The role supports the translation of strategy into execution and helps enable a reliable, efficient, and future-ready supply chain for the Europe Operating Unit.
As part of the CoE core team, you help ensure the System operates with greater consistency, visibility, and impact across markets and bottlers.
What You Will Do For Us
- Drive the standardization and adoption of S&OP planning routines to increase forecast accuracy, improve service levels, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
- Provide insights and recommendations on supply chain capacity, capabilities, and investments to support Operating Unit growth and anticipate future demand.
- Define and drive the Technical Productivity & Optimization agenda in partnership with internal stakeholders to achieve productivity targets.
- Lead and deliver key supply chain initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and clear value delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to test, scale, and embed new technologies, processes, and operating models across the System.
- Drive continuous performance improvement through data, digital solutions, and performance metrics.
- Drive operational excellence through the standardization and simplification of core processes and ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, with a proven track record of leading in complex environments; bottler experience is a strong plus.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and operations, with a clear understanding of how these areas drive business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the Coca-Cola System and franchise model, including commercial drivers, financial levers, and bottler dynamics.
- Proven ability to act as both content and execution owner for activities within scope: shaping solutions, challenging assumptions, and ensuring sustainable implementation in the field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data, KPIs, and dashboards to diagnose issues, set priorities, and track impact, including translating insights into concrete actions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and translate supply chain topics into clear, actionable messages.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 00-25% travel, subject to business needs.
