Production Technician I ( 3rd Shift, $25.69)

As a Production Technician with Coca-Cola, you will perform production and quality activities in accordance with the Coca-Cola Quality System, GMPs, and company policies to ensure product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
*This is a bargaining union position - represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
- Set up equipment; perform package filling, labeling, and accurate record retention per quality guidelines.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas, including cleaning and sanitizing tanks, piping, conveyors, and handling raw material deliveries.
- Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or warehouse equipment to support production and shipping.
- Inspect production and warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and operating standards.
- Implement and maintain the Coca-Cola Quality System; calculate production yields and scrap to track material variances.
- Perform microbiological testing of ingredients, water, and finished products; inspect incoming ingredients and trailers.
- Communicate with team members to resolve issues, share feedback, and support business objectives.
- Identify and report non-conforming activities to appropriate parties.
- Ensure accurate documentation and retention of records and statistics in compliance with policies and standards.
- Complete all other position related duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications
- High School, General Education or equivalent work experience.
- Possess and exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
