As a Production Technician, you will complete and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our beverages.
*This is a bargaining union position - represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
Position-Related Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks including equipment setup, filling, labeling, and recordkeeping in accordance with the Coca-Cola Quality System to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas (e.g., cleaning and sanitizing tanks and piping, maintaining conveyors, loading raw materials) according to GMP policies to ensure product quality.
- Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or warehouse equipment to support production and shipping operations.
- Inspect production, warehouse, and service areas to ensure compliance with safety, operating policies, and GMP standards.
- Implement and maintain the Coca-Cola Quality System to meet company product quality requirements.
- Calculate and record production yields, scrap, and material usage variances.
- Conduct microbiological testing of ingredients, water, and finished products, and perform ingredient receiving and trailer inspections.
- Communicate with team members to address product or service issues, solve problems, and support business objectives.
- Identify and report non-compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and retain records related to policy and procedure compliance.
- Shift is Mon-Fri 2pm - 10:30pm
- Overtime - Daily overtime may also be required in 4 hour increments. Extra day of work will also be required when business dictates.

Education and Additional Requirements
- High School Diploma, General Education or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year light industrial experience
- Prior production / manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
- Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
