Production Technician I (2nd shift $25.69/HR)

As a Production Technician, you will perform and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our beverages.

*This is a bargaining union position - represented by Local 773, International Brotherhood of Teamsters.

The Production Technician is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Perform production activities including equipment setup, filling, labeling, and recordkeeping in accordance with the Coca-Cola Quality System to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas (e.g., cleaning/sanitizing systems, maintaining conveyors, handling raw material tankers) in compliance with GMP and company standards.
  • Transport raw materials and finished goods within production and warehouse areas using forklifts or other equipment to support manufacturing and shipping.
  • Inspect production, warehouse, and service areas to ensure compliance with safety policies, operating procedures, GMP, and quality standards.
  • Apply and maintain the Coca-Cola Quality System to meet company product quality requirements.
  • Calculate and document production yields, scrap, material variances, and required statistics accurately.
  • Perform microbiological testing, ingredient receiving, and incoming trailer inspections (Processing/Quality).
  • Communicate with team members to share feedback, resolve issues, and support business results.
  • Identify and report non-compliant activities and ensure proper documentation and record retention.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, General Education or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year light industrial experience desired.
  • Prior production / manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
