Job Summary

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management, governance, and continuous improvement of master data across Asia operations. This role ensures high data accuracy, consistency, and lifecycle control to support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and product portfolio processes. The position requires close collaboration with plant teams, regional and global stakeholders, and project teams in a largely virtual working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and validate master data in related systems (e.g., SAP,, Flow)
  • Ensure master data accuracy, completeness and compliance with governance standards and SLAs
  • Support Asia operations with master data requests, issue resolution and root cause analysis
  • Design, maintain and continuously improve master data processes and workflows by extracting and analyzing data to support decision-making and operational excellence
  • Data Lifecycle Management - conduct routine reviews of all master data objects to identify, manage and obsolete redundant or outdated data
  • Collaborate with plant teams, regional and global teams to support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in system enhancements, UAT and master data-related projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, technical, QSE or master data-related roles
  • Strong SAP master data knowledge, including BOMs, formulas, ingredients, packaging and labeling
  • High level of accuracy, discipline, consistency and proactivity
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
