Manager, Stills Finance, Mexico

As the Manager in Stills Finance, you will play a vital strategic and operational finance role for the Stills category, driving financial planning, management, and reporting excellence. This position requires a proactive leader who can ensure business performance, monitoring and enhancing decision-making through insightful guidance to cross-functional partners. You will work across categories like Advanced Hydration, Juice Drinks, Tea, Dairy, Water and ARTDS, supporting innovation projects and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including bottler partners.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Lead the development and evaluation of business cases for Stills projects, ensuring strong financial discipline and value optimization across all initiatives. This position guides critical investment decisions by assessing risks, returns, and strategic fit, with a focus on maximizing ROI while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and category growth objectives. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to provide clear financial insights and recommendations that support sustainable growth and informed decision-making.
- Responsible for overseeing the planning, allocation, tracking, and optimization of marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and alignment with business objectives. This role partners closely with marketing, finance, and senior leadership to develop annual and forecasted budgets, monitor spend against plan, analyze ROI and campaign performance, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.
- Lead quarterly reviews with Company and Bottler's financial and commercial teams. Build strong, collaborative relationships with bottler counterparts to enhance financial communication and optimize value delivery.
Functional related activities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, supply chain, and operations teams, to embed financial insights into key decisions.
- Provide thought leadership on financial modeling and process improvements to support the growth of the Stills category.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to collaborate across system
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in the consumer goods or beverages industry.
- Proven experience in financial planning and forecasting, P&L management, and business case creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate financial data clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with external partners.
- Familiarity with financial tools, systems (e.g., PowerBI, Hyperion), and best practices for managing financial processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required; MBA or additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
