Manager, Operations Finance - Vending Channel

The Manager, Vending Channel, will be integral to guiding crucial business decisions in partnership with the Vending Channel. This role focuses predominantly on managing the Vending P&L in collaboration with the commercial team and supporting financial initiatives and business insights to support the channel growth. The ideal candidate will drive financial insights, influence multiple stakeholders, provide insightful analysis, and help shape channel actions, decisions and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Vending team to support and drive key commercial initiatives.

Function as a Vending financial specialist, focusing on:

  • System economics and channel P&L management
  • Investment analysis and commercial decision making
  • Initiative planning and tracking
  • Additional financial support for various vending initiatives

Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of C&CL strategic initiatives, including:

  • Conducting value chain analyses and preparing business cases for RGM projects.
  • Utilizing advanced data analytics to uncover opportunities for revenue growth. Monitoring and tracking the performance of RGM initiatives.
  • Managing budgets for key initiatives and identifying areas for financial improvement.
  • Assessing various investment opportunities to drive business growth.

Capability Building:

  • Develop a deep understanding of RGM area and the company portfolio.
  • Enhance the financial acumen and strategic capabilities of team members through targeted training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proven track record in financial management, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Experience with value chain analysis and revenue management.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing financial analytics tools and software.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15
