Manager, Operations Finance - Coke On Channel

The Associate Manager, Coke On Channel Analyst, will be integral to guiding crucial business decisions in partnership with the Vending & CokeOn Team. This role focuses predominantly on supporting the vending channel with a focus on CokeOn financial management. The ideal candidate will drive alignment among multiple stakeholders, provide insightful analysis, and help shape strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Vending & CokeOn team to support and drive key commercial initiatives.
Function as an CokeOn specialist, focusing on:
- P&L Development and System Economics
- Pricing and other financial strategies
- Investment analysis, both financial and focused on user base expansion/retention
- Financial insights and opportunities to improve
- Additional financial support for various CokeOn initiatives and McD's business
Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of CokeOn strategic initiatives, including:
- Conducting value chain analyses and preparing business cases.
- Utilizing advanced data analytics to uncover opportunities for revenue growth. Monitoring and tracking the performance of initiatives.
- Managing budgets for key initiatives and identifying areas for financial improvement.
- Assessing various investment opportunities to drive business growth.
Capability Building:
- Develop a deep understanding of CokeOn area and the vending channel.
- Enhance the financial acumen and strategic capabilities of team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proven track record in financial management, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Experience with value chain analysis and revenue management.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing financial analytics tools and software.
