We are seeking a Manager, Media & Retail Media to support the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of media and retail media activities across brands and campaigns.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ensuring media plans are delivered with quality, speed, and rigor across traditional, digital, and retail media channels. The ideal candidate is a strong executor with solid media fundamentals, a passion for data-driven optimization, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and partners.

What You'll Do for Us

Media Planning & Execution

  • Support development and execution of integrated media plans across digital, social, ecommerce, and retail media and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies to plan accordingly and ensure the plans are implemented accurately and on time.
  • Support retail media activations in partnership with customers, bottlers, and commercial teams.
  • Ensure alignment between media plans and brand, category, and campaign objectives.

Investment Tracking & Governance Support

  • Support media investment control processes, including buying orders, budget tracking, and invoice management.
  • Track planned vs. actual spend and flag risks, gaps, or optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to media governance standards and processes.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor media performance metrics including reach, frequency, productivity, and execution quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, IMX, Analytics, and Commercial teams to support effective media execution.
  • Coordinate with LATAM and Global IMX teams to support alignment with global standards.
  • Support clear communication and documentation across stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or execution roles.
  • Solid understanding of digital media, ecommerce, and retail media.
  • Experience working with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
