Role Summary
This role connects brand business and creative strategy to deliver a consumer-centric ecosystem across owned, earned, shared, and paid touchpoints. It designs end-to-end path-to-purchase experiences aligned with evolving consumer behavior, technology, and market dynamics, while driving innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable business growth with a balanced, pragmatic mindset.
What You'll Do for US
The Connection Planning Manager will be performing as the E2E lead of FS always-on youth recruitment campaigns, including:
- Lead always-on campus recruitment for Sprite and Fanta, partner with Tmall Campus, act as the expert of digital and social trends and translate these trends, business objectives, and brand strategies into always-on campus activation and channel optimization.
- Lead Sprite super rural from E2E, partner with cross function team of Brand, Commercial & Customer teams, franchise bottler to deliver integrated journey to close the loop from digital impressions, social conversations, transactions and advocacy.
- Deliver innovative problem-solving techniques and an ability to drive material business returns. He/she will have to master the shifting of behavioral trends, new technology advancements and market conditions.
- This profile requires a healthy balance of innovative thinking and business pragmatism.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- At least 4 years Marketing, media, and leadership experience
- Experience with connections, digital marketing, media strategy and communication planning for leader and smaller brands
- Preference for individuals with experience in working in consumer and shopper/commercial plans
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Communicating, influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholders
- Experience in leading strategic conversations, negotiations and alignment with senior and key stakeholders
Work Focus
- Ability to lead integrated brand experience and multiple touch points that are effective and efficient
- Understanding of the evolved media landscape and e-commerce
