We are seeking a Manager, Product & Retail XP (Design to Print), LATAM - Market Oriented to support the day-to-day execution of packaging, labeling, and print delivery across assigned markets.

This role is ideal for a strong execution-focused individual contributor who enjoys working closely with market teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.

What You'll Do for Us

Support the execution of Design to Print activities for packaging, labels, and retail materials across assigned markets.

Coordinate artwork development, approvals, and handoffs with agencies, printers, and bottlers.

Support compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements, ensuring correct implementation of packaging and labels.

Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for launches, renovations, and regulatory updates.

Assist in the rollout of Operating Units (OU) standards and guidelines at market level.

Support the management of Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) and variant complexity, ensuring accuracy across formats.

Flag risks, delays, or compliance issues and escalate appropriately.

Maintain documentation, specifications, and version control for packaging and print assets.

Capture learnings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Organizational Impact & Ways of Working

Delivers defined executional tasks and projects within established processes.

Operates under guidance from Senior Managers or Directors.

Contributes to executional decisions related to timing, coordination, and quality.

Supports problem-solving by identifying root causes and proposing improvements.

Communicates regularly with Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, and Bottler teams.

Coordinates with external agencies, artwork studios, and printers.

Escalates issues clearly and proactively.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

5+ years of experience in packaging operations, artwork coordination, labeling, or related roles within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments.

Exposure to market regulations and labeling requirements preferred.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese required.
