We are seeking a Manager, Communications & Sustainability, Peru & Ecuador (PEC) to support and execute the integrated Communications and Sustainability agenda across both markets, working closely with the PACS leads in Peru and Ecuador. This role is pivotal in protecting corporate reputation, delivering sustainability commitments, and enabling consistent storytelling and execution in two diverse and strategically important countries.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong communications foundation, solid program management skills, and the ability to translate sustainability priorities into coordinated, measurable action.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Support the execution of the Communications and Sustainability agenda for Peru and Ecuador, ensuring alignment with PACS priorities and guidance from local and regional leadership.
  • Deliver integrated internal and external communications, contributing to corporate reputation metrics and stakeholder trust across both markets.
  • Execute sustainability initiatives across priority pillars (e.g., packaging, water, climate, community), supporting delivery against goals and integration into local business plans.
  • Monitor political, media, and societal developments, providing timely insights and supporting issue and reputational risk management efforts.
  • Coordinate with bottlers and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Legal, HR) to ensure consistent execution and system-wide alignment. Manage The Coca-Cola Foundation allocations to appropriate partners.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and partners (communications, PR, research), ensuring quality execution and efficient use of resources.
  • Support the execution of the Communications & Sustainability Annual Business Plan (ABP), including program coordination, budget tracking, and performance reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Communications, Sustainability, Business, Public Affairs, or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, sustainability, PACS, or related roles, preferably within multinational or multi-country environments.
  • Strong communications skills, with experience in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and integrated communications execution.
  • Experience supporting sustainability or corporate responsibility programs is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in matrixed environments and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Spanish fluency required; English proficiency required for regional and global collaboration.
