Manager, Business Analytics & Visualization

1 week ago Atlanta, GA

At The Coca-Cola Company, we recognize the power of data and visualization to drive smarter decisions for our customers, divisions, and the enterprise. We are seeking a Manager, Business Analytics & Visualization, to design, build, and deliver reporting and digital solutions that enable insights and action for our largest food service customer. This role is highly execution-focused - translating business needs into data-driven solutions, building dashboards and tools, and ensuring insights are scalable, accurate, and impactful. The successful candidate will work closely with both North America and International teams, act as a trusted partner to the customer, and collaborate across internal IT and business teams to ensure solutions deliver maximum value.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Partner with North America and International business teams to understand priorities, align on requirements, and deliver consistent, scalable analytics solutions.
  • Serve as a hands-on partner to the customer, ensuring reporting and visualization tools directly support their operational and strategic needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal IT and business stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain effective data pipelines, reporting tools, and visualization platforms.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into dashboards, reports, and data models that are accurate, intuitive, and actionable.
  • Conduct data research, mining, and analysis to uncover insights, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities across customer and divisional performance.
  • Implement and enhance cloud-based reporting platforms and digital tools, ensuring they are scalable across markets and integrated into enterprise solutions.
  • Apply external best practices and digital trends in analytics and visualization to keep tools innovative and forward-looking.
  • Manage projects or workstreams with accountability, ensuring deliverables are on time, accurate, and aligned with business and customer priorities.
  • Continuously improve processes and reporting by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, or efficiency.
  • Communicate insights clearly through storytelling and visualization, tailoring outputs for both customer-facing and internal audiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, business intelligence, or digital tool development in a business operations context.
  • Consulting background preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with modern data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.), including building dashboards and data models from the ground up.
  • Experience with cloud-based data and reporting platforms (Azure, Microsoft suite, Anaplan).
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, data modeling, and data preparation; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as an executor, managing priorities and delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative delivery cycles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence adoption of tools and insights across customers, IT teams, and business partners.
  • A curious and innovative mindset, eager to bring external digital trends and new approaches into practical solutions.
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Onsite 3 days per week
