Maintenance Technician
Key Result Areas :
Regional Equipment PM/CM Execution (35%)
Centered on the stable operation of equipment and supporting facilities, efficiently execute preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for production-area equipment. Coordinate day-to-day maintenance execution to ensure continuous and stable production.
Equipment Fault Handling and Root Cause Improvement (20%)
Rapidly resolve common regional equipment failures and escalate complex issues in a timely manner through collaboration with the technical team. Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis), implement corrective actions, and establish failure records. Continuously track improvement effectiveness, reduce minor downtime year over year, and progress toward a zero-downtime target.

Support vertical project startups and coordinate with the technical team to execute major overhauls and FAT activities. Participate in CAPEX projects and take responsibility for on-site sampling inspections. Rigorously apply FMEA standards, conduct targeted maintenance for high-risk items, and implement equipment condition monitoring in compliance with requirements. Collect data in a timely manner, report abnormalities, address potential risks, and drive the implementation of the reliability system to enhance equipment operational stability.
Maintenance Standardization and Capability Development (12%)
Lead the development and implementation of regional equipment maintenance SOPs to standardize on-site operations. Deliver PM skills training and hands-on guidance for operators, promoting frontline involvement in basic maintenance and strengthening the maintenance foundation.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Resource Coordination (10%)
Proactively interface with the technical team for professional guidance, and coordinate with support functions to accurately align resources such as spare parts and lubricants. Provide feedback on usage and assist in inventory optimization. Ensure timely entry of PM execution and failure-handling data into the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
Compliance Execution and Emergency Support (5%)
Strictly comply with quality, safety, GMP, environmental, and special equipment management regulations. Support safety training, inspections, and PLd identification and corrective actions. Participate in emergency drills and respond to unexpected equipment failures and safety incidents to ensure compliant and continuous production.
Job Requirements / Qualifications :
5 years of maintenance experience in the food industry, with solid knowledge of beverage production equipment structures, principles, and routine maintenance
Background in mechatronics, with the ability to use the SAP maintenance module
Proficient in equipment PM/CM execution, troubleshooting, and emergency response
Familiar with reliability management fundamentals, including FMEA, RCA, and condition monitoring
Thorough understanding of GMP, EHS, and other on-site compliance requirements
Associate degree or above in Mechatronics or a related discipline
Valid electrician certification required; hazardous chemicals operation permit and confined space work permit are a plus
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)-related certification preferred
Safety and GMP internal auditor certifications preferred
Able to read and understand English manuals, technical documentation for beverage equipment, and English communication materials from suppliers.
