What You'll Do for Us
- Execute a series of analytical and sensory lab work related to quality approval program for agricultural ingredients (tea, coffee, dairy and other DPS ingredients)
- Collaborate cross-functionally in CPS, with OU, GDI and with suppliers of agricultural ingredients for approval to meet the timeline and quality specifications.
- Support troubleshooting regarding the quality of tea, coffee, dairy and other ingredients.
- Supervise the lab technicians to deliver the necessary analytical results timely.
- Providing guidance and training to team.
- Lead and maintain the laboratory management system.
- Manage laboratory instruments and budget including maintenance and calibrations.
- Take ownership for 'Operational Excellence' and be flexible to ensure the works are completed efficiently, adjusting priorities. Modernize the way of work continuously.
- Demonstrate a successful safety ambassador to contribute to realize OHS target
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master or bachelor degree in microbiology, analytical science or other related areas such as food science or agricultural chemistry.
- 5+ years of experience in microbiology, quality assurance or laboratory work in food/beverage industry.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with advancements in the field of microbiology and analysis technologies.
- Knowledge of Food thermal process, Beverage processing, Disinfectant and Quality management systems, such as HACCP, and ISO are preferable.
- Possesses experience in factual-based root cause analysis and problem-solving, with a strong commitment to maintaining quality.
- Business level in English (written and verbal) which is needed to communicate with overseas suppliers and to work on Coca-Cola global database.
