Greenfield Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Own process and equipment design.
  • Lead procurement and supplier technical evaluation.
  • Support installation, FAT/SAT and commissioning.
  • Execute IQ/OQ activities.
  • Troubleshoot process issues during startup.

  • Business-level Japanese and English
  • 10+ years FMCG or related manufacturing experience
  • 3-5+ years in the process engineer or relevant role.

本ポジションは、大規模FMCGブラウンフィールド製造プロジェクトにおいて、プロセスエンジニアとして求められる成果を実現し、生産設備および製造プロセスの設計• 導入• 立上げをリードすることを目的とします。

主な職務内容 (Key Responsibilities)

. 製造プロセスおよび設備の設計責任を担う

. 調達活動を主導し、サプライヤーの技術評価を実施する

. 設備据付、FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) 、SAT (Site Acceptance Test) および試運転• 立上げを支援する

. IQ (Installation Qualification) およびOQ (Operational Qualification) を計画• 実行する

立上げ期間中に発生するプロセス上の課題を分析し、解決を推進する

. 設備が計画通りのスケジュールで納入されること

. IQ/OQが成功裏に完了すること

. 要求されるプロセス性能および生産能力を達成すること

. 安定稼働に向けた効果的な立上げ支援を実施すること
