Manager, Frontline Marketing

We are seeking a Manager, Frontline Marketing to support the execution of category and brand strategies across frontline markets. This role plays a critical part in translating category direction into actionable plans, enabling strong local execution, and driving performance across brands, campaigns, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, passion for brands, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure marketing plans are insight-led, well-executed, and aligned to category priorities.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Support execution of category and brand marketing plans across frontline markets, aligned to regional and global strategies.
  • Partner with Brand, Commercial, RGM, Media, and Franchise teams to deliver integrated marketing activities across the full marketing mix.
  • Help track and report performance metrics for campaigns, innovations, and IMX activations, identifying learnings and optimization opportunities.
  • Support bottler alignment through clear communication of priorities, plans, calendars, and success measures.
  • Contribute to the localization and amplification of IMX campaigns, ensuring relevance and executional excellence.
  • Analyze consumer, shopper, and category data to support fact-based recommendations and category storytelling.
  • Assist in managing category processes, ways of working, and governance routines.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand, category, or marketing roles within FMCG / CPG.
  • Solid understanding of brand building and integrated marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in matrixed environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with discipline and speed.
