What You'll Do for Us

  • Identify and dive deep into strategic issues and opportunities, developing meaningful data-driven insights to lead/influence organizational growth and profitability.
  • Lead research and analytics endeavors, offering data-fueled and outside-in perspectives for potential initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in alignment with our growth objectives. Leverage the same to inform and enhance business decisions.

  • Hone business processes through meticulous analysis, optimizing performance against overarching business goals. Conduct analyses to bolster business operations across various key areas.
  • Partner and collaborate inside and outside the department, with Functions/OUs/Platform Services based on the priorities of the enterprise and the department, collaborating effectively with leadership, teams and stakeholders towards outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations to aid in organizational effectiveness through the strategic planning process and implement approved recommendations to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance on key elements and structure of the related implementation plan, including performance indicators and accountability systems. Lead communications with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities and implement recommendations to leverage knowledge sharing. Engage with cutting-edge data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform and enhance business decisions.
  • Support key LRP/ABP platforms, Strategy processes and materials (e.g., senior stakeholder presentations), and other initiatives as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Strategy, or related field
  • Strong demonstrated leadership experience in Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Planning.
  • Strong capability to discern and evaluate strategic business opportunities leveraging complex data analysis.
  • Adept in overseeing the design, planning and execution of strategic business initiatives across various organizational units.
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and trending as applied to crucial business streams. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Innovator with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-impact projects and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
