Director, Stills Finance

As the Stills Finance Director, you will serve as a senior finance leader and strategic business partner for the Stills categories. You will provide end-to-end financial leadership across a diverse portfolio, including Advanced Hydration, Juice Drinks, Tea, Dairy, Water, and ARTDs. The role is responsible for driving excellence in financial planning, performance management, and reporting, with full visibility into business performance and decision-making processes.

- Act as a strategic finance partner to bottlers and commercial teams, enabling alignment and value creation across the system.
- Provide insight-driven financial analysis and storytelling to support strategic decisions, investments, and long-term growth objectives.
- Lead financial planning and performance management, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Champion continuous improvement in finance processes, ways of working, and capability building across the organization.
Functional related activities
- Financial planning and performance management for the Stills portfolio, supporting rolling estimates, business plans, and executive reviews.
- Oversee financial reporting and closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of results.
- Partner with bottlers and internal teams to ensure financial alignment across the system.
- Ensure strong financial governance, data integrity, and reporting standards across finance systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support risk management, performance optimization, and effective decision-making.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or multinational environments.
- Strong expertise in P&L management and financial planning.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated people leadership and change leadership capabilities.
