EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. All roles operate within a tightly integrated OU-Market model, where the OU elevates and enables long-term growth + OU-wide platforms while markets integrate, execute, and track performance with speed and rigor while developing local content, partnership and experiences.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
World-class, rounded marketing operator and strategy crafting (including creative, E2E (End to End), growth, innovation. Flywheel integration). True E2E ownership of the Sparkling Flavors agenda within the market. OU category leads will be more focused on LRP (Long-Range Plan) and OU-wide projects while within markets the focus is ABP creation / operationalization.

- Define and execute the Sparkling Flavors ABP (Annual Business Plan) agenda and performance in Pakistan through though leadership on frontier marketing, innovation, and ensuring superior/ integrated flywheels execution enabled by system alignment and excitement.
- Influence Operating Unit/Global LRP and OU-wide programs for Sparkling Flavors
- Drive PAK FSSD marketing performance and ROI. Has Pakistan Sparkling Flavors category P&L accountability.
- This role has 2 direct reports
Experience & Critical Requirements
- Significant marketing and leadership experience (10 years+), including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, innovation, complex marketing programs management and P&L ownership
- Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
- Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
- Led projects that leverage Digital/ Data as edges
- Advanced business. Commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have).
