Role Purpose

The RGMX Director, FR is responsible for designing and executing the market's end-to-end Revenue Growth Management & Execution agenda to unlock sustainable topline revenue growth and margin expansion. Operating as a key commercial thought leader within the France franchise, this role partners closely with bottling, marketing, finance, and commercial teams to localize European RGMX strategies, strengthen price-pack architecture, and ensure disciplined execution in market.

You will champion affordability, premiumization, portfolio optimization, and channel execution excellence-ensuring France delivers strong transaction, mix, and margin outcomes through integrated RGMX routines.

Scope

Geography: France; collaboration across FBN and Europe OU (operating unit) as needed.

Team: Part of a networked OU/market team including Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, S&I, and bottler stakeholders.

WhatYou'llDo (Key Responsibilities)

Identifymarket specificconsumer, shopper, and customer opportunities that drive incremental volume, value, mix, and margin for the France business.
Localize and activate European RGMX big bets, influencing system partners (bottler, Franchise GM, Marketing, Commercial, Finance) to embed these approaches successfully in market.
Ensureend-to-endRGMX strategy execution-from OBPPC design and pricing guardrails through to instore activation-aligning with Finance, Marketing, Bottler, and FBN leadership.
Strengthen affordability and premiumization strategies, leveraging entry packs at key price points, value for money propositions, and occasion led premium formats.
Partner with S&I to embed RGMX ambitions into ABP and LRP, ensuring RGMX levers (pack, price, promo) are grounded in robust insights and market performance.
Analyseperformance of all RGMX levers, conducting deep dives on pack, price, promo and developing mitigation or acceleration plans based on elasticity, mix, and competitive dynamics.
Drive portfolio and innovation optimization, ensuring NPDs meet business thresholds, align with segmentation, and support OU led growth priorities.
Support margin improvement in Modern Trade and key channels, collaborating with Commercial teams on promo architecture, trade spend efficiency, and category value creation.
Champion governance and execution excellence, contributing to PICOS localization, routines, capability building, and cross market best practice sharing.
Act as a key member of the OU RGMX SME network, building capability across affordability, premiumization, portfolio optimization, margin expansion, and advanced analytics.

Qualifications & Success Parameters

7+years' experience in RGM, commercial planning, or broader commercial/operations execution roles.
Strong technical foundation in OBPPC, segmentation, valuetomarket, innovation, and channel strategy.
Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex RGM concepts for senior stakeholders.
End-to-end commercial mindset-from strategic planning to instore execution.
System experience and/or bottler experience desirable.
Strong ability to influence in a cross functional, cross system environment; skilled in securing alignment and embedding routines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with KO leaders and bottler senior management.
Well-developed project management, business development, and negotiation capabilities.
High analytical acumen; experience leveraging insights, elasticity, and analytics tools to guide recommendations.
Travel: Periodic travelacross France/FBN routines, customer visits, and bottler engagements, occasional broader travel.

French language skills are considered an advantage, but are not essential.
