Director, RGMX, AR&UR

We are seeking a RGM Director, to lead strategic execution and operational excellence across our bottling system. This role is pivotal in driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring flawless execution of our RGM and commercial strategies.
The RGM Director Argentina and Uruguay I will report directly to the C&CL Senior Director A&U and work closely with local Coca-Cola and bottlers teams. This position will be responsible for leading the RGM agenda for half of our operations in Argentina and Uruguay, and its scope includes developing price and portfolio strategies, mix management initiatives, and promotional optimization capabilities, translating the Global/Latam guidelines into tangible local initiatives.

What You'll Do for Us
- Lead the RGM agenda for Argentina and Uruguay Operations and coordinate cross-functional and cross-market RGM strategy integration, acting as key contact for RGM strategies for all relevant stakeholders (bottlers, Franchise GMs, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance functions), ensuring that RGM strategies and all key commercial activities are 'in sync' and well executed.
- Own end-to-end RGM strategy, connecting consumer, shopper, and customer insights to business performance, and ensuring disciplined execution through segmentation, value proposition,s and integrated system deployment.
- Lead, design, and implement integrated system RGM approaches and plans to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers, and Customers), inclusive of revenue pools, bold OBBPC approaches to drive assortment, SKU optimization, innovation, value to market playbooks for online and offline channels, price terms and conditions and promo spending.
- Lead the OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, and Channel) process within the Franchise, with a deep understanding of the zone's unique opportunities and challenges.
- Deliver insightful performance tracking, incorporating market trends, shopper behaviors, and channel insights into RGM strategies. Define action plan and the roadmap of implementation with franchise to address opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the LATAM RGM team to ensure cohesive RGM strategy design and capability deployment, aligning decision-making processes within scope. Champion the deployment of RGM capabilities within the zone, introducing core solutions that enhance decision-making processes for Franchise Teams.
- Lead RGM governance routines to ensure delivery of key RGM initiatives across the franchise and be a network connector to activate relevant expertise within the Operating Unit while ensuring initiatives are 'in-sync' with the broader LATAM RGM strategy, key initiatives, and tools.
Key Success Factors
- To be successful the RGM Director needs strong communication and collaboration skills as well as highly developed project management, business development, and negotiation skills with experience from driving complex cross-functional, cross-system projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced RGM knowledge and the capacity to perform analysis of strategic choices and define priorities and implications for the business, as well as a strong understanding of a broad set of business issues, market, trade, and competitive environment.
- Ability to use appropriate tools and techniques to plan, secure resources for, manage, assist, and ensure the progress and ultimate completion of designated projects; effectively manage resources to ensure that RGM system initiatives get done in full and in time
- Capacity to lead and develop a short and long-term RGM agenda within its scope, driving sustainable growth and margin expansion. Also, align this agenda with key stakeholders, integrate the RGM priorities into the broader business plan, and communicate it effectively so the whole network has clarity of RGM strategy and the tangible 'jobs to be done'.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years' experience in RGM, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Execution, Trade Marketing, or Finance. Of which at least +5 years in a leadership position and + 3 years in a RGM leadership role.
- Proven experience in RGM, data analytics, pricing, business planning, and project management is a must for this position.
- Experience in sales, finance, trade marketing, and marketing is a strong plus.
- Must possess excellent relationship-building skills, as well as strategic leadership. And the ability to lead agendas and influence outcomes without formal/direct leadership, including in senior management environments.
- Ability to think from planning to execution, and solid system commercial and brand management
- Fluent English proficiency and advanced Spanish desired.
