Director, Planning & Logistics
The Coca-Cola Company is an industry leader, known around the world for both our products and our enduring commitment to sustainability and community. We are seeking a Planning & Logistics Director will lead and manage all supply chain planning, logistics operations, and import/export activities for Coca Cola's strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in China, specializing in the manufacturing & supply of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, to support all GC&M OU territories. This role ensures seamless availability of raw materials and finished goods, optimizes production planning, and oversees the effective movement of products across domestic and international markets in accordance with Coca-Cola's standards, quality, and compliance requirements. As a key member of the Plant leadership team, the role will be responsible for Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing and Transportation & Logistics Operations and BCP execution to ensure continuity of supply.
What You'll Do for Us:
- Oversee and optimize all materials and finished goods storage and movement, including receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Strategically lead the Planning and Logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective goal setting and performance measurement.
- Implement production, inventory, and transportation plans that align with The Coca-Cola Company's requirements and Supply Chain Excellence standards.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the team, maintaining a healthy work environment to meet current and future business needs.
- Manage resources to support materials and production planning in collaboration with Operations and Customer Relationship Management areas.
- Handle warehousing logistics activities, ensuring alignment with production requirements and inventory control.
- Ensure all processes comply with company regulations, are executed to high standards, and contribute to value creation and process optimization.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- University/Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Total 10+ years' working experience in the related field. 5+ years' experience in similar positions with staff management responsibilities, in supply chain operations, and leadership roles within manufacturing in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, nurturing a culture based on The Coca-Cola Company's leadership commitments: serving as a role model, setting the agenda, and helping people reach their full potential.
