Director, JSK Topline FP&A Service Delivery

This role is responsible for reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for JK Operating Unit to deliver performance and Management report requirements at close, Rolling Estimate (RE), and Business Plan (BP) cycle. Focusing on all lines of the P&L and other planning areas, this role will be the key coordinator/owner for the operating unit for quality P&L results with insights and/or perform the deep dive analysis.
The role will be also responsible for driving the planning process and system standardization from Centre of Excellence (COE)/center directions as part of the change management. To achieve such ambition, the role needs to have a good level of project management experience and will be networked with peers from other OU and COEs within the finance hub and other areas of Financial Services, including MSP.

What You'll Do for Us:
- Manage collaborative business partnerships with operating units to develop and execute Report to Forecast missions while supporting decision making.
- Work with the Senior Director to collaborate and foster relationships with operating units and other hubs (including COEs) within Financial Services/Platform Services to deliver needed information and analysis.
- Work across the Finance hub to ensure that successful practices are shared and employed to drive efficiency and standardization globally.
- Ensure quality of information and results provided to stakeholders.
- Work with business stakeholders to anticipate upcoming needs in a changing business environment.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize work activities and initiatives appropriately.
Prepare or supervise:
- Bottler ending inventory reconciliation.
- Stocking-destocking report.
- Monthly Net Sales Revenue (NSR)/ Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) variance analysis by quarter, by brand/category, by country.
- Review of actual closing
- Financial consolidation to ensure accuracy and on time submission including variance analysis, narratives, Risks & Opportunities (R&O), Outlook, Project Management Office (PMO) and Roll Forward
- RE and BP presentation for OUs
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and request during RE/BP cycle
- Ad hoc financial presentation/ data.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in data modeling, visualization, and automation.
- 10+ years in FP&A, especially regional role (consolidator/coordinator) experiences preferred.
- Experience preferred with designing, modeling, and deploying multi-dimensional systems (mostly Hyperion and SAP). Good appetite for new system implementation.
- Experience in agile methodology preferred and working with large data sets is needed.
- Experience leveraging skills in project management; change management; process development/improvement; and strong negotiation and collaboration is needed.
- Experience synthesizing large, complex data sets from various sources by leveraging machine learning models, data science methods, and analytics is needed.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills (story telling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation ability.
