Yesterday Atlanta, GA

The Director, Integrated Platforms, supports the strategic development and operational execution of owned digital platforms and data connectivity across the NAOU Marketing team. This role helps enable personalized consumer experiences, drive performance optimization, and ensure seamless collaboration across marketing, customer, and technology teams. The Director works closely with cross-functional partners to implement new platform capabilities, integrate consumer data, and uphold strong data governance and compliance standards in all initiatives.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Support Owned Platform Strategy & Operations: Support the strategic roadmap and manage day-to-day operations of our owned digital platforms (e.g., brand websites, loyalty program portals, CRM systems, mobile apps). Ensure these platforms serve as scalable engines for consumer engagement, first-party data capture, and effective brand storytelling across channels. Work with relevant teams to continuously improve platform features in line with business priorities and consumer expectations.
  • Implement Data Integration & Personalization: Collaborate with MarTech, Data Science, and Commercial partners to implement solutions that integrate first-party consumer data across platforms and touchpoints. Enable unified consumer profiles and real-time personalization (e.g., audience segmentation, dynamic content delivery) to fuel precision marketing efforts and enhance consumer experiences.
  • Operationalize Agile Workflows & Automation: Streamline and improve marketing workflows and systems to support agile content delivery and data-driven decision-making. Embed AI tools and automation into platform operations where appropriate, increasing efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness in how we deliver content and experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between key teams - including CHX, Frontline Marketing (FLM), Commercial, and Tech - to ensure alignment on platform capabilities, data governance practices, and measurement frameworks. Facilitate ways of working that promote transparency, speed, and shared accountability across these groups as we deploy platform and data initiatives.
  • Governance & Compliance: Implement governance frameworks for data privacy, platform integrity, and content compliance. Partner with Legal, Security, and enterprise Data teams to ensure all consumer data is used responsibly and in adherence with privacy regulations and company standards. Maintain high data quality and security across our owned platforms.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Monitor and analyze platform performance and consumer engagement metrics, using defined KPIs and dashboards. Support the development of measurement frameworks for how data and platforms drive marketing outcomes. Leverage analytics insights to inform strategy adjustments, optimize user experiences, and clearly demonstrate business impact from platform enhancements and data-driven marketing.
