A successful Director, Franchise Operations Sparkling is one who can lead a system agenda, across organizational levels and execute plans which enables business growth, volume share growth and enhance profitability within their country/area/region for the sparkling category
What You will Do:
- Lead elevation of business in the Sparkling Category towards long term vision/strategy as per LRP/ABP objectives/metrics.
- Lead bottler relationships in their country/area/region across functions and levels of organization and represent system agenda/narrative.
- Assess overall business performance in their country/area/region and collaborate across systems to assess commercial and marketing strategies plans and investments and opportunities to drive profitable and balanced growth, with strong focus on Volume, Revenue, and Market Share.
- Implement, execute and measure the plans for the sparkling category to drive excellence
- Develop Best Practices on sparkling initiatives to share across the Franchise
- Drive system readiness with marketing and commercial execution teams to lead execution of business plans within their region, including go to market, commercial and OBPPC strategies and plans.
- Sense and provide intel on execution challenges and areas where channel/commercial plans needs to pivot based on market needs. Be present in stores and with bottler teams to coach and identify areas of capability/plan/tool improvements needed to execute with excellence.

Role Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or related fields
- >5+ years of leadership experience in senior commercial or operational roles. Operational roles are advantageous
- Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Experience within the CPG industry is an added advantage
