This role partners with senior leadership across the franchise and zone to deliver meaningful insights, harmonize financial planning, and create conditions that foster top-line growth, productivity, and improved returns. You will serve as a trusted strategic enabler by anticipating risks, optimizing resources, and influencing outcomes that accelerate system value while future-proofing our operations. What You'll Do for Us

  • Partner with the Operational Franchise Vice President and Zone CFO to support franchise-level activities that drive growth aligned with zone priorities.
  • Deliver a holistic view of performance across the zone, integrating analytics into financial strategy and decision support.
  • Lead the zone financial function encompassing KO P&L performance, system economics, benchmarking, revenue growth management, pricing strategy, top-line scenarios, productivity initiatives, risk assessment, and resource allocation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with bottling system representatives on financial frameworks and incentive structures to propel sustainable growth, working alongside commercial teams to advance joint business plans.
  • Champion financial planning discipline and cooperative programs while navigating volatility and complexity in market conditions.
  • Foster alignment among cross-functional stakeholders through fact-based insights that inform critical business decisions.
  • Enable talent development within the finance community, coaching team members-particularly finance managers-toward career progression and capability building.
  • Embed risk management practices and bring macroeconomic insights into resource planning, safeguarding financial resilience in dynamic scenarios.
  • Shape strategies that create long-term value for the system by applying advanced methodologies in pricing, productivity, and portfolio planning.
  • Serve as an influential communicator who builds trust and clarity across executive, commercial, and bottler interfaces in pursuit of shared success metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in financial planning, commercial finance, or strategic financial roles within complex environments.
  • Proven ability to lead zone-level or multi-market financial processes and strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing diverse stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and strategic insight.
  • Strong understanding of system economics, commercial dynamics, and portfolio performance strategies.
  • Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and scenario modeling rooted in analytical rigor.
  • Familiarity with macroeconomic landscapes and their impact on commercial operations and strategic finance.
  • Digital fluency in financial modeling, data visualization, and performance platforms; curiosity about emerging AI-enabled tools for financial optimization.
  • Capability to manage through ambiguity with resilience and adaptability in volatile market conditions.
  • Commitment to talent development and inclusive leadership, fostering capabilities that enable long-term success across the finance community.
