DIRECTOR, FRANCHISE - BRAZIL MODERN TRADE (NORTH REGION)
Position Overview
Are you a strong business leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, collaboration, and execution?
We are looking for a Director to help shape and accelerate the Modern Trade and strategic growth agenda for the North Region in Brazil, in close partnership with internal areas and our bottlers Solar and Andina Brazil.
In this role, you will help identify where the next sources of growth will come from, translate opportunities into strong business plans, and work across the Coca-Cola system to bring them to life in market. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building trusted partnerships, and turning ideas into results.

What You'll Do for Us
1) Drive the Regional Modern Trade & Growth Agenda
- Own and drive the Modern Trade agenda for the North Region, in partnership with Solar and Andina Brazil.
- Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities and big bets, including but not limited to affordability, pack-price architecture, customer development, and scalable commercial initiatives.
- Translate opportunities into clear, actionable plans that deliver growth and long-term value.
2) Partner with Bottlers to Build Winning Plans
- Co-create and execute customer and channel growth plans with bottlers.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to commercial teams, helping shape priorities and unlock opportunities.
- Ensure plans are practical, executable, and embedded into bottler routines.
3) Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across Channel Strategy, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, RGM, Supply Chain, Franchise, and Key Accounts.
- Align stakeholders, mobilize resources, and bring integrated solutions to life.
- Influence without direct authority in a complex, matrixed environment.
4) Drive Execution & Business Performance
- Help ensure strategic initiatives are delivered with excellence in market.
- Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and course-correct when needed.
- Bring discipline to follow-up, governance, and performance management.
à Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Strong experience in commercial leadership, franchise, channel/customer strategy, key accounts, market development, or general management (+7 years).
- Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted partnerships.
- Experience working with customers, bottlers, distributors, or external commercial partners is a strong plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish desirable.
