We are seeking a Director, Customer Development, Chile, Bolivia & Paraguay, responsible for shaping, steering, and governing the long-term customer strategy across these markets, ensuring the Coca-Cola System (KO + Bottlers) operates with a unified, insights-back and customer-back agenda. This role is pivotal in driving category growth, portfolio value creation, and sustainable revenue expansion across the region.

A. Customer Strategy & LongTerm System Alignment

  • Shape and govern the longterm customer strategy and investment priorities for Chile, Bolivia & Paraguay
  • Ensure full alignment between KO, bottlers, Franchise and Country GMs.
  • Lead the Customer Recruitment Agenda, including strategic identification, prioritization, and leadership of all RFP processes.

B. Portfolio, OBPPC & Category Architecture

  • Design and optimize OBPPC architecture to maximize recruitment, incidence and competitive position across channels and customer segments.
  • Define pack roles, price ladders, assortment strategy and innovation alignment.
  • Govern customerrelevant category bundles, value propositions and category growth pathways.

C. Strategic Customer Engagement & Joint Value Creation

  • Build and sustain seniorlevel customer engagement, focusing on longterm growth platforms and category development.
  • Provide strategic oversight (not operational management) of Joint Business Planning, ensuring alignment with economic and category priorities.

D. RGM Integration & Commercial Governance

  • Integrate RGM 2.0 principles into customer strategy, including revenue pools, promo effectiveness, price/mix, and pack architecture.
  • Leverage system and customer economics to guide strategic decisionmaking through advanced analytics.

E. System Leadership & Capability Development

  • Shape system capabilities (KO + bottlers) required to execute customer, category and RGM strategies.
  • Ensure adoption of customerrelevant frameworks (OBPPC, TTC, POS excellence).

KPI's & Success Metrics

  • NSR growth and price/mix realization.
  • Gross Margin and Operating Income expansion.
  • Market and category share gains by channel.
  • OBPPC penetration and architecture health.
  • Promo ROI and investment effectiveness.
  • JBP compliance and senior customer satisfaction.
  • System capability adoption across bottlers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer, category, commercial strategy or RGM roles.
  • Mastery in system planning, channel/shopper marketing, customer management/CatMan, RGM, OBPPC and system/customer economics.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and crosssystem leadership skills.
  • High proficiency in insightstoaction frameworks, financial modeling and advanced analytics.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English.
