Director, Channel & Portfolio, Benelux
Role Summary
The Director, Channel & Portfolio plays a critical role in supporting how the full portfolio performs across channels, shoppers, and customers in the market. The role partners closely with Marketing, RGM, Commercial teams, and the bottler to help shape integrated channel and portfolio activation plans that drive profitable, sustainable growth.
This position supports the development and execution of multibrand activation platforms, ensuring choices are grounded in insights, analytics, and strong financial discipline. The role contributes to local commercial planning, supporting the LRP/ABP process in collaboration with Strategy and commercial teams to ensure plans are connected, integrated, and aligned.

The Director brings strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and collaboration capability to elevate channel and portfolio execution and ensure plans land effectively across the system.
What You'll Do for Us
Support Channel & Portfolio Strategy and Activation
- Contribute to the development of integrated portfolio and channel strategies that drive consistent execution across At Home, Away From Home, and eCommerce.
- Support the design and deployment of multi-brand activation platforms, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, global assets, and sustainability or packaging priorities.
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate strategies into clear channel activation plans and Look of Success guidelines.
Support Local Commercial LRP/ABP Planning
- Support the Commercial LRP/ABP process in collaboration with Strategy, providing portfolio, channel, and activation inputs rooted in insights and financial discipline.
- Help ensure coordination and alignment across Marketing, RGM, Commercial, bottler, and OU teams for consistent and connected plans.
- Contribute to improving planning processes through analytics, insight integration, and connection to performance reviews.
Enable Insight Led Decision Making & Activation Performance
- Leverage data, insights, analytics, and financial analysis to support strong investment choices and portfolio decisions.
- Support test and learn activation approaches, including new technologies and emerging customer formats.
- Track performance of portfolio and activation initiatives, helping drive improved ROI, NSR contribution, and channel execution.
Strengthen System Integration & Capability Building
- Work collaboratively across internal teams, bottlers, and agency partners to ensure activation plans are aligned and executed effectively.
- Contribute to capability building on activation excellence, codifying and sharing learnings and best practices across channels.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement within the commercial ecosystem.
Experience & Capabilities
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker with experience in portfolio strategy, channel activation, shopper or customer marketing, or Revenue Growth Management.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in matrixed environments, influencing without authority and building strong partnerships with commercial and bottler teams.
- Comfortable using data, insights, and financial analysis to inform recommendations and prioritization.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complexity and building alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in franchise markets or commercial planning processes is an advantage.
