Role Summary

As Director, Brand Management - Stills, Hong Kong & Taiwan, you will lead the growth agenda for the Stills portfolio across Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will translate category and portfolio strategies into clear business priorities, consumer-centric brand plans, and commercially viable activation programs across diverse market dynamics. Operating across two distinct but connected markets, this role balances brand building with disciplined commercial execution to unlock sustainable and profitable growth while strengthening portfolio clarity and long-term value creation.

Please note: This role is not a fully remote position. The selected candidate will need to be based in Taipei and follow our hybrid work setup

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead the development of short-, mid-, and long-term growth strategies and business plans for the Stills portfolio across Hong Kong and Taiwan, setting clear ambition, financial targets, and performance priorities aligned with market opportunities.
  • Translate consumer insights, shopper behavior, and market diagnostics into focused portfolio strategies, innovation pipelines, and integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand equity and accelerate business results.
  • Drive innovation agenda and pipeline management in partnership with regional and global communities, ensuring local relevance, commercialization readiness, and strong in-market execution across both markets.
  • Partner closely with bottling, commercial, and cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with customer plans and marketplace realities, ensuring execution excellence and consistent performance tracking.
  • Leverage analytics and digital tools to accelerate learning cycles, optimize investment decisions, and continuously refine portfolio priorities.
  • Contribute market insights to regional and global networks, ensuring Hong Kong and Taiwan dynamics are reflected in broader strategy discussions while adopting scalable best practices where relevant.
  • Build and develop team capability across markets, fostering strong ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

  • Degree qualified. Preferable Business with Marketing Major

  • General marketing and sales experience working on big and/or global brands and/or emerging local brands
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Including innovation projects management
  • Proven experience in leading business with holistic consumer marketing experience to include market/business diagnostics, consumer in-depth insight identification, where-to-play strategy, innovation (business model, NPD), and campaign design/development, communication/creative development
  • Preferable multi-country management experience
