Creative Technologist Senior Manager

The Creative Technology Senior Manager, is responsible for developing and managing creative style IDs within generative technology platforms to ensure brand and campaign consistency across all content adaptations. This role partners closely with Brand, Creative Excellence, and Design teams to understand and translate brand guardrails and campaign requirements into actionable style IDs. The Senior Manager also ensures that creative technology generators have the resources and guidance needed to deliver high-quality adaptations at scale.

What You Will Do for Us

Style ID Development & Management:

  • Lead the creation, training, and continuous improvement of style IDs within creative technology platforms (e.g., Adobe Fizzion, Firefly).
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative Excellence, and Design teams to deeply understand brand guidelines, campaign guardrails, and creative requirements.
  • Translate brand and campaign needs into style IDs that enable consistent, high-quality adaptations across all channels and markets.

Enable Creative Tech Generators:

  • Partner with creative technology generators to ensure they have clear style IDs and resources for adaptation work.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to generators to maintain creative excellence and brand integrity.

Collaboration & Governance:

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and data teams to ensure style IDs are aligned with strategic objectives and campaign goals.
  • Implement quality control and governance mechanisms to monitor and maintain the effectiveness of style IDs in content adaptation.

Capability Building & Innovation:

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in generative AI, creative automation, and digital experience platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Creative Technology, Digital Media, Design, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in creative technology, digital innovation, or creative operations, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing creative style IDs, brand guidelines, and campaign guardrails.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Firefly, GenStudio, and other generative AI platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (brand, creative, design, marketing).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MarTech stacks, DAM systems, and content orchestration platforms.
  • Familiarity with creative automation, personalization strategies, and content supply chains.
  • Passion for innovation, experimentation, and scaling creative excellence.
