Creative Adaptation Technologist Sr. Manager

The Creative Adaptation Technologist Sr. Manager, drives the integration and application of creative technology solutions to enable tech-augmented marketing for The Coca-Cola Company. This role is responsible for leading a team that will leverage generative AI, creative automation, and best-in-class marketing practices to generate and deliver high-quality adaptations and activations across channels and markets. The Manager will ensure the delivery of adaptations in a playbook or toolkit format, manage their deployment to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and support speed, personalization, and creative excellence.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with activation partners, collaborating with asset managers and both global and local brand teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives, strategies, and execution guidelines.
  • Champion the use of Adobe Fizzion, Firefly, GenStudio, and other emerging creative technology platforms to accelerate content adaptation and personalization at scale.
  • Develop and implement scalable creative technology solutions to support performance marketing and content supply chain optimization.
  • Generate and deliver adaptations of content for media, print, packaging, and digital channels, ensuring delivery in a standardized playbook or toolkit format and managing their upload and organization within the DAM system.
  • Adapt creative for localized use for Customers and Bottlers.
  • Provide nuanced country/regional level input on marketing strategy and plans (e.g., consumer/shopper insights).
  • Identify needs for campaign localization or customization, provide input on media buying, and coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers.
  • Automate content workflows to accelerate production timelines while maintaining high creative standards; implement quality control and governance mechanisms to ensure brand integrity across all generated content.
  • Build and develop best-in-class multi-category execution programs and tools for partnerships to standardize and increase ROI.
  • Review business performance, oversee development of marketing programs, provide thought leadership, and participate in corrective action plans to maximize partnerships and optimize ROI.
  • Design, implement, and lead brand programs from inception, including promotional, experiential, consumer-facing, and in-store retail marketing; manage program launches and serve as cross-functional point-person across marketing, commercial, and creative design.
  • Manage brand activation at the local level, including POSM activations, consumer promotions, experiential marketing, and events, in coordination with bottlers.
  • Ensure connection between Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), FLM, retail, and all touch points are cross-functionally linked to brand objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, prioritize initiatives based on brand goals, and facilitate collaboration and communication across all stakeholders.
  • Deliver the marketing plan for the annual business plan, based on strong consumer, shopper, customer, and market insights.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in generative AI, creative automation, and digital experience platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative Technology, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing/brand experience in the field of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • 2+ years of experience in creative technology, digital innovation, or creative operations, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Experience in commercial and/or customer leadership including customer-facing and key accounts experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Firefly, GenStudio, and other generative AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of personalization strategies, content supply chains, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with automation tools, APIs, and data-driven content systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid project management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • A strong knowledge of customer and bottler operations, consumer/shopper/trade insights.
  • A strong working knowledge of agency management.
  • Must possess the ability to deliver projects in a complex matrix organization (multi-market & functions).
  • Experience with experiential marketing, digital marketing, social media, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with MarTech stacks, DAM systems, and content orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with interactive content, motion design, or web-based creative experiences.
  • Passion for innovation, experimentation, and scaling creative excellence.

Pay Range:$139,600 - $157,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
